Coastline fitness specializes in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person’s goals and needs. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically.

 About Kristal

Kristal grew up in Southern California, and was involved in sports like swimming and karate. She graduated early because of exceptional credits from University high school. After not being involved with organized sports she found a love for the gym and weight training. Soon after she was training her friends and family. She soon after got her certificate with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the highest ranked education system in physical education. After working at Absolute Fitness in Laguna Beach for a year she started training at EQUINOX a luxury gym facility. Quickly accelerating to tier II, acquiring certificates in ViPR, TRX, Kettle Bell, & Trigger Point Therapy. She specializes in Functional movement, fat loss, and weight training for women.

First Session

  • Full Body Assessment
  • Nutritional Consultation
  • Current Fitness Regimen Review
  • Discussion about any chronic or acute physical ailment(s)
  • Muscle and fat testing

Training Session

  • From the general assessment consult I will construct and guide you through a 50 min training session that is created for your individual goals and needs. Followed by 10 minutes of stretching or MyoFacial Release Coaching.

One On One Training

These solution-focused sessions are hinged on evidence-based health and fitness solutions that optimize physical performance and allow individuals to achieve a variety of fitness activity goals. Programs are built using systematic and integrated (total body) training technique called the Optimum Performance Training(OPT) method. The OPT program is a reconditioning and rehabilitation program that incorporates six components of training — flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, power and strength. This method is successful in training, reconditioning and rehabilitating elite, college, high school and recreational athletes alike. OPT also has proven successful with the general health club population by decreasing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall health.

Group Training

These energetic sixty minute group fitness classes are designed to increase endurance, strength, speed, and agility. Kristal will coach you through multifaceted workouts teaching safe and correct form, using your body weight or equipment such as kettle bells, sandbags, medicine balls and resistance bands.  Workouts are scalable allowing all fitness levels to succeed. Classes differ every day so it will never be boring and you will never plateau!
